Getting out of an unhealthy relationship with Insurance Companies

Dear Friends and Patients,

We at Lotus Gynecology, Health and Wellness have decided to stop accepting insurance as payment for our services, effective July 15th

Like most healthcare providers in the Unites States, the amount of time it requires a physician’s office to verify insurance, obtain approvals and receive payment now outpaces the amount of time we spend with patients. Today, my team and I spend over 160 hours a week dealing with insurance. This change will allow us to use this time to spend with you, caring for your health and well-being.

How will this work?

Health care has changed so much in the 15 years I have been practicing, and we have had to learn to change with it.

Please let us know if you have any questions. We are committed to a transparent and respectful transition.

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey in health and wellness,

Dr. J
